Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with any seals intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and personal-care products. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To start a return, contact us at hello@sybonel.com. Returns address will be provided once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply, including on sale items.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal-care products, custom or personalised orders, or gift cards.

UK right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. Because our products are sealed for hygiene, this right doesn't apply once an item is opened or unsealed. Unopened items can be returned within this period.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@sybonel.com.
